What are delivery charges?

Delivery is free to Europe,Northern America and Canada. Delivery to the rest of the world is €20.

Please note that because of packaging type delivery price for two chairs is the same as delivery for one chair i.e €20.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in the world.

What is the price of the chair?

Price for one chair is €55. When you buy two chairs you will only have to pay €90 for both.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery to Europe, Northern America and Canada will take approximately 7 days. Delivery to the rest of the world may take up to 14 days.

Delivery times can take from 1 to 4 weeks after shipment and shipment times can also take up to 4 weeks so total delivery times can take up to 8 weeks. We only accept your payment just prior to shipment. If we cannot ship within 4 weeks we will inform you. If you do not cancel your order then itwill be placed ahead of orders subsequent to yours.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you placed an order you will receive email conformation with your order details and delivery times.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Our delivery company should contact you within 7 working days of your order being dispatched – if its over 7 days, let us know and we will follow up for you.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes. Once you’ve placed an order, just log in and go to ‘My orders’ where you’ll see all the products you’ve bought. Select an item and we’ll take you to a tracking page that’ll tell you exactly where it is.

I've received a damaged chair, what should I do?

We do our best to ensure the quality of all our products. Despite the series of quality checks, occasionally products do arrive with damage. Should your product not arrive in perfect condition, our dedicated customer care team is on hand to resolve the issue and to advise on the best solution, including refund or repair options.

Can I return the chair if I change my mind?

We do not refund order returns as postage for these will cost more than your original order.
